I saw this on the HMBA site yesterday. No doubt this will be a blast. The trail from Hesitation Point to the North lot is a blast. Will the course take the "short side" (clockwise) direction of the Aynes and North Tower loops?

Yes. The course will take the shortest route from HP to North Tower (all lefts). We expect the route to take 25 to 35 minutes for most riders. The really fast one may make it in under 24!

Be sure to keep an eye on www.sub9superd.com for more information!

Hey folks!

The Saturday night pre-party is going to be a blast. We have 2 kegs of Upland beer coming (to be served from a tap on the side of the shuttle bus). We'll also be running a slow man's "drag" race as part of the festivities... here's the deal:

* $5 gets you entered into the race.
* First round heats will run from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Sign up anytime and join a heat.
* Winner of each heat is the LAST person to cross the finish line without touching a foot down.
* Semi-finals start at 8, followed by the championship round. CHAMPION GETS 1/2 THE PURSE!
* Person dressed in the BEST DRAG outfit wins a special prize!

For those who may not know, the Sub-9 Super D is run by the same folks that bring you the Brown County Breakdown and Midwest Women's Mountain Bike Clinic... in other words... WE KNOW HOW TO THROW A PARTY!!!

See you at the Super D! http://www.bikereg.c...p?eventid=10396

Still plenty of room for the Mad March pre-race clinic on Saturday, August 7 as part of the Sub-9 Super D weekend! Mad March and IMIC Coach, Derrick Maready, will be leading participants in this exclusive pre-race clinic on the race course. Derrick, who is joining us from Snowshoe, W.V., is a former expert level XC racer and also has several top podium finishes in downhill in the last 3 seasons of racing. Cost is only $100 for this 3-4 hour clinic.

Go to www.sub9superd.com/clinic.html for more info and a link to register.
