First Ride! Sat. April 30th Noon
Mohican State Park
Hello all Spokejunkies! I am sure we are all excited for the upcoming riding season. It has been a long winter and I am sure many are anxious to hit the trails! The Official Annual Spokejunkie First ride will be APRIL 30. It is a little later than usual but because of the heavy snow and cold we are hoping that we will have a better chance of good weather and riding conditions. It will be at Mohican State Park. Lots is in the Planning, and with Kim's Bikes contributing, this years ride will be bigger and better.
There will be a trail-gator after the ride. Bring your own food/drinks. Meet at the MTB parking lot or the Picnic area right across the street from the lot.
This ride is suitable for all riding levels from beginner to expert. We will leave no Spokejunkie behind!

Right inside the entrance of Mohican State Forest, go to the left...just keep driving to the end to the pavilion.

Which parking lot is the MTB parking lot?
We are meeting by the Shelter which is by the main entrance, However, the official MTB parking lot is directly across the street. There will not be enough parking at the shelter.

And, the coords for trail head parking (right across the street) is 40.607404,-82.258329

I'm going to try to make it. (So much to do) I'll bring a cantaloupe because that is what I have in my kitchen tonight. And a big knife with which to cut it.
